Robe :
Medium-to-deep ruby robe with bright reflections.
Nose :
Red fruits are dominant (plum, cherry, raspberry) with secondary aromas of sweet spices (vanilla, cloves), aromatic woods and leather.
Mouth :
Elegant style with very smooth tannins and an airy perfume-like scent. Fresh and aromatic, balanced.
Serving :
Drink from 2017 to 2030. Can be served from decanted or bottle. Pairs nicely with sauce-based meat dishes. Veal, Pork, Chicken or even oily fish in braised sauce. Cold cuts, semi-hard and hard cheeses.
Robe :
Deep opaque purple core with bright reflections.
Nose :
Combination of baked red fruits and fresh dark berries, with some graphite, caramel, leather, and smokey notes.
Mouth :
Smooth attack slowly progressing towards a warm mid-palate giving fruity and secondary tones. The finish is complete and extended by a lenghty freshness.
Dense and creamy texture, thanks to plenty of fine-grained tannins. A powerful vintage with great ageing potential.
Serving :
Drink from 2017 to 2035+. Needs at least an hour of decanting. In its early years, pair with grilled red meat or game : prime rib, duck breast, venison. Aged hard cheeses.

Nose :
Complex ageing bouquet with ripe dark berries (blackcurrant, blackberry) and prune, with fine aromas of leather, roasted coffee beans and tobacco.
Mouth :
Its attack is full, and extends to a persistent finish on fruity notes that are perfectly combined with its smoked flavours.
Serving :
Drink from 2014 to 2030. Decant for half an hour before drinking. Best paired with red meat, veal, wild mushrooms. Semi-hard and hard cheeses (gouda, comté). Dark chocolate cake.

Aged bouquet of dried red and black berries with underwood, leather, smoked flavours.
Mouth :
On the palate it is tuneful and complimentary. Easy-drinking and balanced, yet tasty and complex with beatiful tertiary notes.
Serving :
Drink from 2012 to 2025. Needs to breathe 30 min in decanter or bottle before drinking. Pair with BBQ or sauce-based meat dishes, spicy dishes, charcuterie, semi-hard and hard cheeses (saint-nectaire, comté ...).

Medium red core with a garnet outer rim progressing towards a slightly tawny edge.
Nose :
Delicate evolved bouquet of forest berries, spices, sweet coffee and aromatic woods.
Mouth :
Medium alcohol, medium tannins, broad refreshing acidity. Evolved and well integrated aromas. Light, balanced and easy-drinking.
Serving :
Drink from 2010 to 2020. Can be served directly from the bottle. Drink on its own, or serve with with white meat, pork, stew dishes. Suitable for asian and spicy food as well. All kinds of cheeses.

Expressive aged nose of ripe plum, jammy black berries, cedar, underwood and leather.
Mouth :
Its velvety attack offers immediate pleasure. Its silky tannins and long finish leave a nice impression of ripe fruits over a forest floor.
Serving :
Drink from 2010 to 2025. Transfer to decanter before serving. Pair with red meat or gamebirds (pigeon, pheasant). Grilled or sauce-based. Semi-hard and hard cheeses.
